SAUSAGE AND POTATO CASSEROLE

6-7 Large Potatoes |
1 Large Onion, Sliced |
| 1 Bell Pepper, Sliced | 8-10 Links Claro’s Fresh Italian Sausage |

Butter or Margarine |
Salt & Pepper to Taste |
Butter Baking dish. Layer in dish sliced potatoes, onions, and bell pepper. Place RAW sausages on top in a single layer. Cover with foil and place in preheated 375º oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes to brown. A Meal in One! The flavor of the sausage goes through the potatoes and is delicious! Goes great with Italian salsa on the side!
