ITALIAN WINE CAKE
| 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix | 4 Eggs |
| 1 Small Package Instant Vanilla Pudding | ¾ Cup Dry White Wine |
| ¾ Cup Salad Oil | 1 Tsp. Nutmeg |
Generously Grease Bunt Cake pan with 5 Tbsp. soft butter. Sprinkle inside of pan with ¾ cup chopped almonds. Place all ingredients for cake in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat at least 5 minutes or until batter is smooth and fluffy. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Turn out on cake plate and dust with powdered sugar. This cake is best when allowed to mellow for a day or so. Don't be afraid to make it ahead of time for guests.
