CELERY FILLED WITH GORGONZOLA
| 8 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese | 1/4 Cup White Dry Wine |
| 10 Ribs Cleaned Celery and cut 6" long | Salt & Pepper to Taste |
| 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans are fine) |
Mix Gorgonzola, nuts and wine in a bowl with wooden spoon till well blended. Taste, then add salt and pepper if needed. Spread into individual celery ribs and place on plate. Garnish and enjoy. Wonderful with a nice glass of chilled pinot grigio!
