The Argentine version of romano cheese. It tends to be a little less expensive so we offer it as an alternative to the Italian romano. It is not quite as strong as the Italian cheeses and some customers really prefer the flavor. We sell it by the pound. Perishable, it must be shipped second-day air or sooner.
