Carmelina in her most natural state is nothing short of pomodoro perfection. These full-bodied, silky red fruits are the labor of our co-op's love. This product is exactly as it was picked from the Nocerino fields, minus the skins of course, which are removed through our steam peeling process and packed in the tomatoes own succulent puree. Whole peeled tomatoes are ideal for thick, chunky sauces and bases or sliced in salads.
