Absolutely wonderful dry pepperoni! Every year all the women in our family used to go to the kern river fishing for three days (until Road's End burned down year before last). We used to take this flavorful salame along with us for snacking. When we find a new spot to fish, you can rest assured that we won't forget to bring along the pepperoni!
